Meditation is an effective way to start the day with a clearer and more open state of mind. A regular meditation practice can help to relieve stress and promotes insightful self-development and wellbeing.
This five week course will introduce Mindfulness of Breathing, Metta Bhavana (loving kindness) and Walking meditation. The practices themselves come from the Buddhist tradition. The course welcomes people of all faiths, or none.
Newcomers to meditation are welcome.
