MEDITATION FOR HEALTH AND WELLBEING2.30 - 4.30pm Introduction to mindfulness-based stress and pain management led by Vimalachitta Pain and stress are an inevitable part of life and can seem overwhelming. We all have the inner resources to deal with them, we just need a little help. Then we may find that the most unwanted challenges hold the key to a new dimension of healing. The meditation and tools you will learn are straightforward and accessible, but have the power to totally transform our experience not only of pain and stress, but of life.
