SUMMER SEASON EARLY MORNING MEDITATIONS

The London Meditation Project is offering £5 taster sessions during the warm summer mornings when holidays, rest and wellbeing are high on our wish-lists. Try our taster early morning meditation sessions for a mellow micro-retreat, and enjoy the benefits of a refreshed, more relaxed mind.

Whether you’re new to mindfulness, a regular meditator, or just intrigued to see what it is and how it works - our friendly classes make the most of the hour before work to calm the mind and just ‘be’ with ourselves before letting the world in. We’re then more in tune and able to meet the challenges of a busy life. Meditation sets the stage for how we want to treat others and ourselves throughout the day.

EARLY MORNING MEDITATION COURSES

Meditation is an effective way to start the day with a clearer and more open state of mind. A regular meditation practice can help to relieve stress and promotes insightful self-development and wellbeing.

These six week courses will introduce Mindfulness of Breathing and Metta Bhavana (loving kindness) meditation. These practices come from the Buddhist tradition. There will also be an introduction to useful very short meditations, helpful for practising during a busy day. The course welcomes people of all faiths, or none.

Newcomers to meditation are welcome. We also have a core of regular participants who are deepening their practice by continuing to meditate regularly in these open, friendly meditation groups.
