VALUES: THE BUSINESS CASE

The business world has long recognised the role values play in establishing consistent behaviours that deliver a company’s vision. But what is the evidence that values-based behaviour influences shareholder returns? To what extent does the business world really believe that profits can follow ethical decisions? And what role might faith, and employee faith networks, play in that conversation? With Clive Morton (The Morton Partnership) and guest speakers.
